Come join the fun and learn how to make homemade pizza!

You will learn how to make easy homemade pizza dough,
the best flour to use and the secrets to making terrific
Neapolitan style pizza. We will also make six different kinds
of pizzas, which we will enjoy that afternoon. 

You will also make your own homemade dough
and get to take it home.

I wish I could be there, but Dallas is just a big too far! I've tried making pizza several times, and it's always a disaster! Could you post a video of the class?

there sure are a lot of people that follow you that dont live in Michigan. Sure wish you would make a video :) I am sure some people would pay for that since i guess it would not be fair for us to get it for free while people in Okemos, Michigan pay. just a thought :)

Watch for a post that I will be writing this Winter that will be about making homemade pizza. I'm going to include a lot of the information that I give out in class and will go over the whole method. I'm hoping to include a video. Stay tuned!

Hopefully a video will be available! I make pizzas every Friday usually from scratch including sauce and dough so any tips would be welcomed...

I would love to see this, please have a video on it. There is high altitude here in Colorado, it makes
a difference in baking. I was originally from upstate NY so it took me a while to get used to it.
