Wish I could come too - yours is my go-to recipe for pasta, made some today in fact. Always works and I'm always surprised at how little time I spend making it. Mind you, I do have an electric motor for my pasta maker.

I have the best idea of all -- how about doing the class in Venice, Florida. We'll be here until April. We're waiting for the spring thaw. I'd love to hang out with all the rest of the pasta lovers.

I have made many of your recipes and this risotto one is on my list!
