We have a winner of the cookbook from A16, the wonderful Italian restaurant in San Francisco. It's Claudia from Cook, Eat, FRET! If you don't know of her wonderful blog, please hop on over there and check it out. She is always whipping up something interesting. I hope she enjoys the book, because I know what a lover of Italian food she is! Congratulations, Claudia!

I do love eggplant and your recipe looks exceptional.

I also love A16 - just ordered the book last week. That Claudia's a lucky gal.

You have a wonderful blog and recipes, I live in San Francisco and I want to try out this A16 restaurant, the book sounds so good especially the wine section. Kathy.
